Applicants will be pre-screened for credit, rental history, and public records. Final approval is contingent upon income verification and tax credit eligibility. If the application is canceled within 72 hours of being approved, the earnest money will be refunded. The earnest money is non-refundable after 72 hours. Should an applicant not meet the eligibility requirements, the earnest money deposit will be refunded.
