Program Description / Services
Serves as an educational resource provider of technical assistance to promote smokefree, tobacco-free, nicotine-free and vape-free living. Resources provided to policymakers, government agencies, advocates and the public-at-large on why it’s important to live smokefree, tobaccofree, nicotine-free and vape-free, including how to implement laws and policies. Areas of expertise focus on emerging trends and issues in tobacco control including vaping, smokefree housing (public, affordable, market rate and foster homes), smokefree outdoor recreational areas, smokefree casinos, and health concerns with new tobacco/nicotine products such as electronic smoking devices and hookah.
