Program Description / Services
We offer comprehensive technical assistance and educational information to tenants, condo owners, property owners/managers, and housing authorities on implementing no smoking policies. For property owners/managers and housing authorities, we provide educational materials, survey tenants, make educational presentations, and design print materials (announcements, leases and addendums, house rules, notices, letters etc.). For tenants and condo owners, we provide educational materials, advice on request for reasonable accommodations, place air quality monitors in units and analysis data, and other one-on-one technical assistance as needed. We also provide educational and informational technical assistance to city councils on adopting multi-unit housing no smoking ordinances.
