Program Description / Services
We offer technical assistance to landlords/property managers as well as concerned residents regarding secondhand smoke in their homes. We assist property managers with resident surveys, educational materials, presentations to residents and staff, implementation materials, and policy development. In addition, our program provides technical assistance on Smoke-Free Illinois, tobacco-free campuses, and tobacco-free park policies, as well as other tobacco control initiatives, including low cost cessation services, healthcare provider trainings, and teacher trainings on classroom tobacco education.
We work with all housing in Lake County, IL.
